ine, sometimes short for
magazine, is an independantly produced book/booklet/magazine set to a certain theme or topic. This particular Zine is inspired by the Dragon Age franchise, and has been contributed to by a range of artists and writers to create a collective of works on the topic of "Endings". Our book will be available both in digital PDF and physical printed formats. Our physical book will be A5 in size, softcover and perfect bound.
- Where are you shipping from?
We are shipping from the United Kingdom.
Currently we are able to ship most places, if there is any kind of embargo on shipping in your region to your knowledge due to conflict or postal strikes, it stands to reason we will not be able to ship to you. If when shipping starts we have issues sending you your package, we will reach out and contact you for further solutions.
- What is the Tarriff situation like for US orders?
During the preorders we were taking them before the tarriffs hit, and had to simply eat the costs during shipping. This did eat in to our money raised for charity, but it's one of those things that can happen when you run a project over a long period. This time around, we have built the tarriff costs into the shipping costs for US orders, and done everything we can from our experience during preorder shipping to reduce those costs for you.
Because the tariffs are prepaid on our end, this should mean that you are not charged anything extra on arrival, and I have at this point had no reports from any buyers that they have been charged anything extra.
- When will my order be shipped?
Once we recieve your order we'll begin picking and packing as soon as possible (usually within a few days, as we are balancing this with full time jobs, and side hustles, on a volunteer basis). Our normal post day is Saturday morning.
Once the items are shipped, depending on your location, it can take anywhere from a few days to 3-5 weeks for your package to arrive. All orders will include tracking so you can follow the progress of your item. We are shipping from the United Kingdom.
You will receive an email once the order has been placed, and again when it has been shipped with your tracking information. We send using Royal Mail.
- Why is my order showing multiple shipments?
Because we are using different types of shipping materials for the different bundles to help reduce costs, you will see on your order screen that certain items are showing up as being shipped separately. Any that share the same shipping profile will ship together.
For example, if you have a digital zine, a tarot only and a flat bundle, they will show up on your order as three separate shipments. The digial zine will be emailed, the tarot bundle would normally be shipped in our smallest box size, and the flat bundle ships in another flat box size. You are not being charged extra, the shipping adjusts to account for any changes in cost due to the different shapes of item and postage.

- Will there be support for group orders?
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to help organise group orders. If you would like to organise shipping with a group of your friends/family, we suggest have your trusted, nominated person place a single order for the group, and split the costs of shipping, once for the main order, and again when the order arrives and needs distributed. The zine team are not able to assist with this and cannot be held liable for any issues which might arise as a result of you placing a group order outside of our normal responsibility to the buyer.
- Why are there no bundles for sale?
To keep our margins tight, we mostly orders what we needed exactly in quantities with a little wiggle room for error. To that end, in some cases we don't have enough merch leftover to form full bundles, or flat bundles. As such we made the decision to put up all the individual items, which the exception of the digital bundle.
